Your lecturer 

Julia KULKOVA, Ph.D.

Dr. Julia Kulkova has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, research, design, and entrepreneurship. She began as a clinical dentist in 2004 and quickly advanced to managing a private dental clinic. Driven by a passion for innovation, she pursued a PhD in biomaterials at the University of Turku, Finland. Her research, in collaboration with industry leaders, has significantly advanced biomaterials and tissue engineering. As an entrepreneur, she has secured multiple patents and funding for her healthcare innovations. In 2023, she earned a Master's in Collaborative and Industrial Design from Aalto University and became an Adjunct Professor at Åbo Akademi University. Currently, she is a Senior Consultant at EDHEC Business School, researching the impact of emerging technologies on healthcare. Her work has been published in renowned journals and widely disseminated. Dr. Kulkova is also a keynote speaker at international healthcare conferences, sharing her insights on healthcare transformation and innovation.
