Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The present Terms General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) govern access to and use of the health.edhec.edu website between EDHEC and any individual wishing to to use the Site (hereinafter ‘the User’). By accessing the Site, the User unreservedly accepts these T&C.

2. Site access

The Site offers online training services in the field of health. These services include video courses, teaching aids, tests and other educational
other educational content accessible via the Site.Access to the Site is open to any Internet connection, but some features may require prior registration. EDHEC reserves the right to modify or suspend access to the Site at any time for technical reasons maintenance or any other reason.

3. Creating a user account

4. Use of services

Site, the User undertakes to comply with the following rules:

-Be honest and sincere in the information provided to EDHEC and, where applicable, to third parties;
-Use the Site in accordance with its purpose as as described in these T&C;
-Not divert the purpose of the Site to commit crimes, offences or contraventions punishable under the French Penal Code or by any other law;

-Respect the privacy of third parties and the confidentiality of exchanges;

-Not to seek to undermine, within the meaning of 323-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code to the automated data processing implemented on the Site.

5. Intellectual property

This entire Site is governed by French legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents iconographic and photographic representations. All downloadable documents and representations making up the pages of the site may not be reproduced in any form or by any means, in accordance with Article L122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, may not be represented or reproduced, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior authorisation of EDHEC. 6. Suspension and termination of access

EDHEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, in the event of non-compliance with these T&C, misuse of the Site, or any illegal illegal activity. The User is responsible for all the equipment (hardware and software) required to use the Site via the Internet.

Personal data concerning you is processed automatically in compliance with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique, fichiers et libertés) No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018.

The information collected is intended for EDHEC's internal departments and its web service providers.

12. Newsletter

If you have subscribed to a newsletter, you can ask to no longer receive these by following the instructions by following the instructions at the end of each newsletter.

13. Applicable law and settlement of dispute

These T&C are governed by by French law. In the event of a dispute arising as a result of these T&C, the Parties undertake to seek an amicable solution.
