Frank Daryoush Nassiri

A high-tech engineer by training, Frank Nassiri began his career working on innovative projects alongside major players in the semiconductor industry. His field experience allowed him to observe the impact of management systems on employee performance and overall business success.
This reflection led him to further his knowledge by pursuing an MBA in Finance and a specialised Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Sustainable Development. Passionate about management sciences, he transitioned into training, first as a lecturer at EDHEC Business School before becoming an independent trainer in Management and Strategy. Since 2019, he has trained over 260 operational managers and mid-level executives, equipping them with tools and methods to enhance their effectiveness in the field. With a strong commitment to knowledge sharing, Franck Nassiri also delivers insights through a series of short videos addressing key topics in management and strategy.
